Loss Leader is a combined pr company and booking agency that aims to provide bespoke, well strategised UK print, online and radio campaigns for independent bands, artists and labels, as well as booking and managing UK tours for the bands/artists with whom we work.
Brought together by founders Rob Hadfield and Andy Maddison, Loss Leader is a collective team of creative folk from various backgrounds. Between us we have been in bands, run record labels, written freelance for some of the biggest music publications in the UK, booked tours/promoted shows and festivals and directed videos for such high profile artists as Frightened Rabbit and Kate Nash.
We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our roster, and would even go so far as to say that we could call them all friends. We find that these kind of relationships work best and ensure that the maximum results are achieved. If your working with Loss Leader then you can rest assured that we will work as hard and as passionately for you as we possibly can.
Press
Our pr department achieves good results by utilizing national, regional, and underground press contacts, including print, online, and radio. The publicity department’s success stems from the teams passion for each and every individual project. The main aim is around achieving maximum exposure to an audience tailored specifically for for each client.
Loss Leader only takes on a handful of projects at any given time so that each project and each client can be allocated the time, care and attention it deserves.
Booking
We currently offer exclusive UK tour booking for a small roster of bands, artists and labels who are engaging with our pr department. All clients are allocated their own individual agent who will provide a high level of time, care and communication; booking shows around the UK for short promotional tours. In addition to this full tour support and management will also be provided. Our aim is to help foster strong, long lasting, healthy relationships between our clients, their agents, and various promoters around the UK while facilitating responsible agreements for all involved.
